Bug Description

1) Ubuntu 17.10
2) totem 3.26.0-0ubuntu1
3) I have selected 'Take screenshot' option and I expected to get a screenshot of the video in the pictures folder
4) I got an error message, a pop-up showing 'Totem could not get a screenshot of the video. This is not supposed to happen; please file a bug report.' and no screenshot available in 'Pictures' folder

I have the same problem: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem/+bug/1721248
and the problem persist in Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic

This isn't news, the reason is likely described here & due to the use of gstreamer1.0-vaapi plugin
