totem don't display video on Ubuntu 7.10

Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

I just install a clean Ubuntu 7.10 and double click on the default ~/Examples/Experience ubuntu.ogg and I can't see the video, only see vertical lines "dancing".

The movie it's ok, I install the VLC media player and I can see.

Thanks for your report, Are you using Visual Effects? Does it happen without them? Which video card do you have? Can you make an screenshot of the problem? thanks.

Hi, I have an integrated Ati X200 series video card, the problem solved
when I actived the restricted drivers for the video card, Thank's
