(Gutsy) totem does not automatically play video files in firefox if the codecs are not installed through the totem program first

Bug Description

On a fresh install I have to bring up Totem program and install the plug ins for a certain file type before the firefox plugin will recognize the file type. I think the totem plug-in should automatically bring up the option to install a new codec from fire fox as oppose to having to open the program first then install it.
