Bug Description
Binary package hint: xserver-
Background: Latest Gutsy beta, second monitor configured with "xrandr --output VGA-0 --auto --right-of LVDS", compiz disabled
To Reproduce: Play fullscreen video in Totem on the second monitor for a few minutes. Click "Leave Fullscreen" and output to second monitor will be disabled. Second monitor can then be re-enabled using "xrandr --output VGA-0 --auto --right-of LVDS"
The error message produced in kern.log is:

AFAICS from the gnome bug, this is a bug in Totem and not in the video driver. Except your error message in kern.log which comes from the drm/radeon module in the kernel.
