Bug Description
Binary package hint: totem
When the seek bar is activated in fullscreen mode, the time/total display changes to say "Seek to time/total." This extra text pushes the whole seek bar to the left, moving it relative to the mouse position. The result is that without moving the mouse, you've already seeked forward in the video. It makes it very hard to accurately move to any part of the video while in fullscreen mode.
