Bug Description
In multiple videos of different filetypes, if I go into fullscreen mode, wiggle the mouse to get the control bar at the bottom, including the volume control button, and then click on the volume control button, I see a window pop up where there should be a volume control slider, about a quarter of the size of the volume control slider, but there's no volume control slider in it. It's just empty. I can unclick and make it disappear and click and it reappears -- but never with the slider in it.
I've attached a screenshot that shows this in progress -- note the little message bubble attached to the volume control icon -- that's all you get to control the volume.
