When a bug is filed against Totem or Banshee and determined to be a codec problem, gstreamer0.10 is still being selected as the source package. It should now be gstreamer1.0

This never got fixed and now banshee is a dead project an removed from Debian/Ubuntu repos.
Marking Incomplete on the odd chance that someone wants to fix this in older supported versions of Ubuntu.
