Totem Movie Player cannot play DVD, vlc can

Hi,

I'm having trouble with totem movie player. It looks nice and the "search codec" feature is a fantastic idea, but unfortunately some codec I installed (Windows Media IIRC) didn't work after installation, while vlc can handle the same content easily.

The problem I have now, which this report is based on, occured while trying to watch a DVD movie. Totem showed a few seconds of the introduction, then stopped. Audio was not played. From then on, a message was shown, stating I didn't have the necessary codec and I should go and install it. It didn't state, which codec to look for, neither did the codec search pop up. Anyway, the DVD plays fine in vlc. If you need more information, please email me directly.
