Bug Description

The menu option to open the Totem Preferences UI appears to have gone missing.

There's evidence in the source code that there's supposed to be a preferences UI, and the online help states there should be an "Edit > Preferences" menu item, but it does not appear.

Actually, on digging around in the glade file totem.ui, it would appear that the whole menu with id 'appmenu' is missing from the UI.
