Repeat, shuffle, open and others options missing from Totem menu

The "repeat" and "shuffle" and open options missing from Totem menu. They can still be found via the HUD by pressing ALT and typing the name of the command.

As mentioned in the GNOME bug report, repeat and shuffle are available in the "Videos" menu in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

sorry Jeremy but they aren't in the App menu, something is wrong.
Could be interestinng to know if they are showed in gnome 3 menu

Tested a gnome shell in raring but they aren't present too.

Fabio, thanks for confirming. I'm going to mark this a duplicate of bug 1131754 where the missing Totem menu items in Unity is being handled.
