Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem-mozilla

When Fiesty Fawn beta is first installed and the user clicks on a video link (eg. file.mpg), the totem-mozilla plugin starts and displays a black screen with no feedback. When a video is saved to disk and opened in totem, the user is informed and guided through the codec installation process. It is not obvious to the end user why the plugin is not playing the content.
