Bug Description
When I'm watching a video, and toggle the controls using Ctrl+H repeatedly, the window gets smaller and smaller until it's the size of a postage stamp.
Manually resizing the window, or selecting one of the "Adjust window size" options work to get the video "big" again.

Confirmed, I'm also on Quetzal amd64. Last updated 18/8/12. Not exactly a show-stopper but not expected result.
