there is a new stable version available
.22.3:
* Fix the playlist parser trying to parse RCS files
* Fix parsing of file that appear to be DOS text files but are Podcasts
* Fix linefeeds appearing in titles
TESTCASE
that's a new version so nothing specific to test, just making sure that the totem and rhythmbox playlist, podcasts, etc are still working correctly

The actual code changes are very small (just three or four hunks) and look appropriate. Accepted into hardy-proposed, please test.
