Bug Description
The version of torque currently in utopic is 2.4.16, which hit upstream EOL on 2012-06-01.
The currently supported version is 4.2.x, which was released on 2013-02-07 and does not yet have an end-of-life defined for it.
I suggest we either upgrade to a newer version of torque or drop torque from the archive.
