torcs cant find libraries

when system uses libplib 1.8.5 torcs cant find them.
Can be fixed by creating 1.8.4 symlinks pointing to the corresponding 1.8.5 versions. But is obviously not the preferred solution, torcs should search for the .so.1 files.
