UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
This bug should probably be filed over at https:/ /trac.torprojec t.org/, but;
The DpkgTerminalLog.txt file contains a line that says "Could not bind to 127.0.0.1:9050: Address already in use. Is Tor already running?". Do you already have Tor installed? Is it running? If not, what's running on port 9050?
