This happen while I was trying to install tor according the their website instructions.

This bug should probably be filed over at https://trac.torproject.org/, but;

The DpkgTerminalLog.txt file contains a line that says "Could not bind to 127.0.0.1:9050: Address already in use. Is Tor already running?". Do you already have Tor installed? Is it running? If not, what's running on port 9050?
