I'm unsure if this is a previously reported bug, to be honest. I simply don't know how to read all the info put up by the bugtracker.

I used "apt-get install tor privoxy" and the installation seemed to complete, but when the services attempted to start, the bugtracker popped up.

I am running Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit, and have been trying hard to get the tor network to run in Firefox, with little success.
