Bug Description

Binary package hint: tor

Previously, i installed tor, then i found that it isn't working, so I type apt-get remove tor, as well as remove the directory in /etc/ ..
I try install it again using apt-get install and it can't proceed, this is where the bug came out.
I think it must have something to do with the deleting tor directory.
