Bug Description
what happens:
toot follow @<email address hidden>
sends a follow request which is *not always accepted immediately* despite output from toot follow
example:
toot follow @<email address hidden>
✓ You are now following @<email address hidden>
this isn't accurate: while a follow request was, indeed sent, it wasn't accepted:
( when viewed on the web interface, soapfe shows this:
"Awaiting approval. Click to cancel follow request" )
what toot *should* say is
"✓ follow request submitted" or something like that
this happens on a variety of servers, and probably happens more often than it doesn't when attempting to follow people via toot
