tomsfastmath (0.13-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * point to libtom.net as the homepage
  * drop -dbg package, we get a new -dbgsym package.
  * drop tfm-duct-tape-misscompile-on-armhf.patch. The gcc bug causing the
    problem has been fixed in #810009.
  * Use CPPFLAGS and enable hardening (hardening=+all) during build.
  * use https:// URLS in Vcs-*
  * drop the --siltent option from libtool (so bls does not complain).
  * Bump standards version to 3.9.7 without further change.
