resolved after installing 'openjdk-8' and changing tomcat default running port.

I believe the underlying issue here is trying to install tomcat7 and tomcat8 simultaneously and maybe they are conflicting on the port?

good morning, no neither of any one of them was started.
It's true, i tried to install tomcat7 when it's missed i tried to install tomcat8, but issue is not related to starting port, it was related to jdk version.
