Bug Description
The default "it works!" page that comes with Tomcat 7 (Installed on Ubuntu 11.10 with apt-get) says that a user with a role of "manager" is required to access the manager. In reality, a user with a role of "manager-gui" is required to access the manager. See attached screenshot.
Further, although I haven't tried, I believe a user with the role of "manager-script" is required for automated deployments.
I have already filed a bug with Apache and they said that the page wasn't created by them. I suppose that would make sense since the page references Ubuntu packages.
