Tomboy doesn't respect the enable_tray_icon option

Bug Description

Hello,

If I disable this gconf key, Tomboy's tray icon is still displayed in the notification area: /apps/tomboy/enable_tray_icon

This tray icon can be useless if we are using Cairo-Dock Tomboy applet.
