New note window (when clicking "Create New Note" from indicator icon) sometimes doesn't take focus

Sometimes after clicking "Create New Note" from the Tomboy indicator icon, the new note window that appears doesn't have focus.

This might simply be an issue with Compiz's "Focus Prevention Level" setting (which I have set to the default of "Low").

I think that might be an issue with compiz, I can't reproduce this and can't remember it ever happening to me.

This is not a compiz problem, tomboy should raise its windows with proper timestamp.

Since right now using libdbus-menu there's no "clean" way to get the click event timestamp [1], one way to get this fixed is using this workaround: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=688830
