Cannot save online sync preferences in Tomboy on Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1

After authenticating with either Tomboy Web or Ubuntu One, one needs to press the "Save" button in preferences to enable sync. But in 11.10, after authenticating, the Save button remains disabled and is not clickable. Unregistering & Re-registering, uninstalling and reinstalling Tomboy doesn't help. Worked fine in 11.04, problem encountered in 11.10 beta 1. Attached screenshot for reference.

I have this same issue, too. Tomboy was doing fine when I was using the 11.10 Alpha, but I've just installed the Beta 1 and now it won't sync (nor can I press the 'save' button after authorizing) as in the previous user. I ran the 'tomboy --debug' as someone suggested elsewhere and this is what I got:

When choosing to sync via Ubuntu One, it says "Already Registered" and when selecting Tomboy Web I will then "Connect to Server" then it will authorize on the web in Firefox. Ubuntu One on the web asks me to "add a computer" to my U1 account. I do so and the message in Firefox says "Authorization Successful - Go back to Tomboy Preferences and click Save", which is not possible as the save button is grayed out (not clickable).

There is an obvious work-around for this, which is to follow the instructions for 10.10 and sync via "Tomboy Web" to the URL https://one.ubuntu.com/notes/

Unfortunately, that also doesn't work and after connecting with U1 the preferences aren't saved.

I have the same problem, screen shows that "Authorization Successful", but I still can press "save" button.

What fixed it for me was in "tomboy preferences" -> "Synchronization" changing the server from https://one.ubuntu.com/notes/ to https://edge.one.ubuntu.com/notes/

I have done a fresh install with the daily build from today and it fails to sync after 9 notes. The switch from https://one.ubuntu.com/notes/ to https://edge.one.ubuntu.com/notes/ seems to be more of an issue of making a change in the box to allow saving (see #16 from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-servers/+bug/845321 ). Both allow the sync of a few notes before failing.
