Wrong Tomboy notes icon is used when launcher is added to the panel

Bug Description

When Tomboy notes application is added to panel by right-clicking and selecting "Add to panel" the old yellow icon is shown. However, when Tomboy is started as an application the new monochrome icon is used, Add to panel feature should use new monochrome icon.

Update. To clarify: when Tomboy notes is opened and no current instance exists a Tomboy monochrome icon is added to the notification area. The old yellow icon referred to above relates to adding Tomboy to the panel.
