The title covers my problem - the description seems to say something else, so I'll describe what I'm seeing.

I'm running Tomboy under Unity and it launches okay. When I shut down, the computer stalls saying that Tomboy won't exit. I need to click the button saying 'Logout anyway" before the computer will shut down.

Seems pretty basic to me, and something that wasn't an issue under Gnome.
