Tomboy add-ins don't load until disable/enable is toggled in preferences

Binary package hint: tomboy

Both the Tomboy-latex and Reminder(http://flukkost.nu/blog/tomboy-reminder/) add-in fail to work after starting Tomboy.

In order to get them working, I must go to preferences->add-ins, click disable and then enable.

The web synchronization add-in appears to work as expected from start up.

I do not know if the other add-ins are affected, because these are the only three I use regularly.

I should note also that Tomboy-latex is from the repositories:

I see this with the tomboy-latex addin. The default ones work fine from load as far as I can tell.

A comment from bug #579696 says : "Please upgrade to the 0.6 version of the Latex plugin, which fixes this issue:

Confirming for tomboy-latex as per Robert's quote. There doesn't seem to be tomboy-reminder package in the Ubuntu repositories.

Please update to version 0.7. This issue is fixed in this version. In addition it renders equations much faster than the 0.5 series.
