Bug Description

https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-jammy/jammy/amd64/t/toil/20220208_105508_d42cb@/log.gz shows that autopackage tests fail with python3-defaults 3.10.1-0ubuntu1.

Upstream https://github.com/DataBiosphere/toil has not yet merged any Python 3.10 relevant changes.

The package seems essential. 'apt-cache rdepends --recurse toil | wc -l' reports 450200 lines.
