Bug Description

Binary package hint: tk8.5

Attached tcltk program adds a menubar to the initial window, then moves window after a delay. Next time you open the menu it appears where it would have been if the toplevel window had not been moved. Moving the window by mouse restores correct behaviour. Also happens with tk8.4. This is new to Ubuntu 11.04. I think it is something to do with the window manager.
