tk-brief not working because package koma-script changed

Bug Description

tk-brief tries to load scrlettr.cls, but this changed to scrlttr2.cls.
Need to change this at least in /usr/bin/tk-brief.
I think this problem exists since trusty.

I think, the interface changed from scrlettr to srclttr2, so there is more work to do.
