timer-applet crashed with AssertionError in set_progress()

timer-applet crashed with AssertionError in set_progress() -
it was during a count down(that froze), i got a lot of "send bug?" messages about every second.
The Timer Applet froze and so did a JavaScript Timer in my Browser.
As that error occured only once and I did nothing interesting, I don'nt know how to reproduce that error.
