Bug Description
Frog is currently failing to build on Ubuntu Xenial with the following error message:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sbuild-
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
apt-get failed.
Looked briefly at this, and it looks like the reason is that Ubuntu synced a newer version of timblserver from Debian experimental which replaced the libtimblserver3-dev package with libtimblserver4
