Merge tilix from Debian

tilix 1.6.1-1 has just been uploaded to Debian.

The transitional terminix package has been dropped but I believe Ubuntu needs to keep this until after 18.04 LTS.

I think we will also need to patch lines of code that have this

if (checkVTEVersionNumber(0, 46)

to use a higher number since Ubuntu has a newer vte2.91 that was patched to not switch to PCRE2 yet.

I forgot that Ubuntu might still need the tránsitional package, sorry for that. Fortunately for Ubuntu, you would need to carry the transitional package for artful only, since terminix has only ever been in zesty (unless jumping multiple versions to the LTS is a supported thing, of course).

My understanding is that when artful reaches end of life, it will be possible to upgrade straight from zesty to 18.04 LTS. Anyway, I think Ubuntu will end up needing a Ubuntu-specific patch through 18.04 LTS for the pcre2 issue.

this patch bumps the VTE version number to beyond what the current VTE version is in artful.

Also this patch readds the terminix transitional package

Built against artful-proposed, installed Ubuntu Budgie 32 bit daily, upgraded with ALL proposed packages and then installed the built package.

rebooted. Confirmed Tilix with this patch correctly starts up OK.
