Transparency broken when running Tilda on login

Bug Description

Binary package hint: tilda

I have Tilda in my startup applications. When it first starts, the transparency goes straight to the desktop (the same way transparency works when compisiting is disabled). If I close Tilda and restarted it, transparency works as expected.
