tilda won't start reliably / intermitent , won't resize

Bug Description
I just switched to tilda and having issues
1. It won't always start from "applications"
2. cannot resize the window
3. it will not "pass completion" to gnome launcher. The chained CLI (&& or ||) command string will execute only first command - which is tilda ( not sure if this is tilda or launcher issue )
