Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open thunderbird.
2) Get 5 new messages (notice envelope indicator turning blue).
3) Thunderbird automatically flags all 5 as spam. (which is correct)
4) Go to Thunderbird menu, select Tools -> Delete mail as junk in folder. The 5 new messages are now correctly deleted.
5) Notice that envelope indicator is still blue, even though all new messages have been dealt with. Expected indicator to turn white.

Is this still the case in precise? The indicator extension has changed quite significantly in the last couple of weeks

As of today, I can no longer reproduce this in Precise. It is still reproducible in Oneiric.

Adding an oneiric task. As the messagingmenu-extension in oneiric isn't getting any more maintenance from me, it's highly likely to get the updated version from precise once there is a compatibility change in thunderbird

oneiric has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any updates. Marking the oneiric task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".
