Bug Description
Binary package hint: thunderbird
I installed this package yesterday night via the software centre. I must have hit the install button twice, because sc attempted to install two instances of thunderbird at the same time. Then it crashed. When I got it back, thunderbird came up as installed, yet when I tried to start it, this morning, via the "applications" launcher, zilch. Nothing. Starting from the terminal returned: "bash: /usr/bin/

Hello Stephen,
Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Thunderbird.
You made this bug report in 2011 and there have been several versions of Ubuntu and Thunderbird since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket?
