Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Using Thunderbird 3.0.10, I added a single Hotmail account.

The functionality is good but under the "Inbox" smart folder there are two separate listings for the single Hotmail account that contains the same messages. If I delete in one, it deletes in the other, etc.

I am using Ubuntu Studio 10.04; the full name of Thunderbird installed version is 3.0.10+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.1, and I have experience the problem on another distro, but I'm unsure of which.

I have this same problem;
i'm using Thunderbird 17.0.6,
and i'm not using hotmail.

It is also not Ubuntu specific, as i'm using debian Wheezy.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. This bug was reported some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Thunderbird since that time.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that was reported in a currently supported version of Ubuntu?

Please let us know if you do otherwise this bug report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.
