Bug Description

I have the 'mail' keyboard button mapped to open my mail client, which is set to thunderbird. In preferred applications, one of the mail reader's presets is thunderbird, with the command "thunderbird %s" which is great because it always points to thunderbird.

However, when you start thunderbird (shredder), it asks you if you want it to be the default. If you allow it to become the default for mail, it will change the command to "/usr/lib/thunderbird-3.1.5pre/thunderbird "%s"". This is bad because if thunderbird has a version number upgrade (like when I got a 3.1.4 to 3.1.5 update) pressing the mail key or invoking the default mail application fails with a "couldn't execute command" error.

Easy for me to fix, but a typical user may not find this good.
