Bug Description
Binary package hint: thunderbird
Running the Unity netbook interface, version 10.10 beta, on an eeePC 1005hab. I have a master password set on Thunderbird, just in case my netbook gets misplaced at some point. In 10.04, when I launched thunderbird, the window where I enter the master password automatically grabbed focus, and I'd enter the password. (I think it even worked if I'd switched workspaces while Thunderbird was loading.)
In 10.10 when I run Thunderbird the password window pops up, but it's not focused - even if I don't click anywhere else after launching Thunderbird. In order to enter the password I have to click on the window first.

I have the same problem and it occurs in many applications where master password is requires.
I have noticed that Ubuntu uses two different methods to show password window.
1. When the screen goes dark (some system settings), everything works as expected, the password field grabs focus.
2. When only the dialog window is shown, sometimes it grabs status but sometimes not. For example Software center, time settings and many others.
Tested on 64bit version of Ubuntu 10.10.
