The patch with Magnus's suggested changes, and some more.

Magnus, I've added you for a review again because there were some non-trivial changes to the code in mail/base/content/mailWindowOverlay.js, to better handle News and Rss items, and .eml files.

Also, the new feature of hiding the Reply button entirely for Rss items was ui-review+ed by clarkbw over IRC, which is why I'm not asking for another ui-review.
