Bug Description
Binary package hint: thunderbird
Whatever the unknown mime type an attachement has, Thunderbird should provide an application selector in order to:
1. open the attachement for this time
2. teach Thunderbird what it will use the next time for opening the attachement.

This happens to me with MP4 attachments (see hopefully relevant part of the raw email included below.) I only get the option to save the attachment to disk, but I can't open it from within TB. (This has been working just fine in TB 2.x.)
In Preferences -> Attachments, there are five pre-defined content types (DOC, http, PDF, TIFF, XLS), but there doesn't seem to be a way to add additional types.
