Unable to set up email account in evolution and thunderbird.

I tried many times to set up my rediffmail and yahoo email accounts in Evolution and Thunderbird but it is not working.

I have also tried setting up my Yahoo email accounts in Evolution and Thunderbird and neither works.

I do not think there is a bug with Evolution, instead, I think it is a network protocol problem with the yahoo mail service that is denying Evolution the access that it needs. My hotmail account works with evolution, but the junk mail doesnt show up. i guess thats a good thing. I can also send and recieve from hotmail. i am going to change this bug to a question and hope that someone with more knowledge than me will explain why it is doing this.

Why doesn't yahoo mail work with Evolution? I know there is a good bit of tweaking involved to get them to work, but I don't think it is a bug. I think it is just asking too much from this program.
