Bug Description
Binary package hint: thunderbird
In the display and composition tabs of the preferences dialog all the 'group' controls (text and border around a group of options) are 'blacked' out as if censored, i.e. the text does not appear, just a black rectangle in place of the text. See attached image. This occurred after the recent security update to the Thunderbird package.

I can confirm a similar if not identical problem. The update apparently changed or corrupted the standard chrome files. Similar problem with chrome for account settings/server dialog.
