Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Most of my read messages are deleted automatically, although in the menu It says to never delete read messages until I say so. In consequence, I have lost most of my read messages. Though strangely, not in all the folders - just the important ones!
All the read messages in my in box are deleted as soon as I read them and move off the message. All the read "keep its, important information" have been deleted, but not the Tescos offers folder. AAArgh. Can anybody help me please?
Thank you
Shela

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version.
