Selecting multiple documents only the first one goes to selected printer if not default printer

Selecting multiple documents, then right click, select print, then, in printing dialog any printer not default. Only the first document will go to the selected printer, all others will go to the default printer.

Found with:
- Ubuntu 19.10, 20.04
- Windows 10

Thunderbird:
- latest esr
- nightly

This seems to happen, because thunderbird creates one job for every document the user selected, but without keeping the selected printer.

This bug may be a security problem, if the default printer is a fast one accessible by others, while the selected printer is not default, but located in a closed room for printing confidential documents.
In this case the first printed document will go where it was intended, while the additionally selected documents will unintentionally go to the default printer open to the public.

There are some solutions coming to mind:
1. Make all documents to print into one big document before sending them as a single job to the printer.
2. Keep the selected printer for all jobs – maybe even for jobs later on.
3. Ask which printer to use before every document the user asked to print.
