Thunderbird should use a local startpage

since 2.0 thunderbird doesn't use a local start-page, but an online version. Consider to revert this behaviour for gutsy.

Couldn't we use a local version of www.google.com/firefox startpage? In Feisty, the homepage was useless after you had read it, and required to be change manually. Else, it could be nice if we provided on an Ubuntu welcome page a way to easily (i.e. with a click) set the homepage to some common ones. (Not for Gutsy, but later).

The 18 month support period for Gutsy Gibbon 7.10 has reached its end of life -
http://www.ubuntu.com/news/ubuntu-7.10-eol . As a result, we are closing the
Gutsy task.

I don't have this bug on Thunderbird 2.0.0.23 (Karmic), as long as I install the thunderbird-locale-fr package (but this is another bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thunderbird-locales/+bug/280651 )
