Correct, Firefox gets the same issue. Perhaps a different bug, if the progress meter doesn't spin or your profile is different from the one Merike collected

Note, we've seen a variety of behavior with HWA disabled or enabled. For example, in bug 1267662 HWA disabled improved performance on a Mac
