sorry, quite right. I was mainly being hasty/lazy and I didn't mean to imply ALL are related. Looks to be about 1/3. Most relevant are bug 791535 and bug 742697

I was also being loose because a few bugs which don't cite CPU still are likely impacted. for example bug 47024, bug 584643
